Shipping Policy

You may face delays in shipment from FedEx, USPS, or other logistics as a result of Covid-19, including FedEx next business day and second business day shipping. These delays are due to local travel limitations and are beyond of our and the shipping company’s hands. Before placing your purchase to ship to a business address, please ensure that the business is open for business and accepts shipments.

How long does the order take to process?

1)For Cremation Urns

Except for isolated regions, standard free ground delivery is accessible to the majority of the continental United States. Most orders received are typically dispatched within 24 hours during the business day. Orders may be dispatched the following business day if it is during weekends or holidays. The cremation urns with customization or needs special hand-crafted procedures(ceramics, raku, and cloisonne, etc. ) would take a longer time to process.

Kindly Note: Any orders placed after 11:00 am(EST) may be shipped on the next business day. If you place an expedited order after 11:00am on Thursday, the estimated arrival time may be on Monday.

Orders that qualify for free delivery will be sent through UPS Ground, freight services, or other services that we collaborate with.

*If a purchase is returned and the returned item does not qualify for free shipping on the original order, the customer will be charged the shipping cost of the original transaction or the amount of the return will be subtracted. Saturday and Sunday orders will not be sent or delivered. Our carriers do not pick up or ship on six national holidays in the United States. New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day are all national holidays.

It is free shipping for Cremation Jewelry. The delivery time for these products is between 4 to 13 business days( For weekend and holidays may delay )

2) For Cremation Urns

Ground Shipping (Standard)

Standard ground delivery takes 3-4 business days to most of the continental United States. Shipping to West Coast states including Washington, California, Oregon, and Nevada takes around 5 business days.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $60 per order.

Except for light shipments, which are generally sent by USPS, light parcels are usually shipped by FedEx.

Service for Expedited Shipping

Anywhere in the continental United States, Second Business Day and Overnight Delivery service are available for most of our products. With Second Business Day Service, if you place your order by 11 a.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday, it will be shipped the same day and delivered two business days later. Orders submitted by 11 a.m. Monday, for example, will be received on Wednesday. Orders placed after 11 a.m. on Thursday will be sent out on Friday and you can get it on Tuesday.


Shipping to Other Countries

All purchases may be sent to Canada at the industry’s most affordable pricing, and we can even send them to other countries.

Orders delivered to foreign destinations will be dispatched by USPS International, FedEx International Services, or another logistical provider with which we collaborate. At the checkout, you may choose the foreign carrier you wish. The majority of items shipped with FedEx International will arrive between 4-7 business days following the ship date. Orders shipped via USPS International Services are typically delivered within 10-14 business days following the ship date. We cannot estimate the precise delivery time for overseas orders since goods must pass through U.S. Customs and your country.

Please keep in mind that only shipping charges will be charged during the checkout process. In your nation, the carrier may additionally be required to collect customs and taxes at the time of delivery. We cannot forecast how much your items and address will cost because customs and taxes are charged by your nation. All tariffs and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please keep in mind that international FedEx shipments to Canada and the Philippines will include a FedEx brokerage fee depending on the total customs reported value of the cargo. This fee is in addition to any customs or taxes that the Canadian government may levy.

Our website displays pricing in US dollars. International orders are charged to the purchaser’s credit card in US dollars.. The amount will be converted to the purchaser’s currency at the current exchange rate by the purchaser’s bank or credit card provider.

Common Shipping Problems

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

USPS shipping methods are usually used for mailing to PO Boxes and APO/FPO locations.

What if no one is at home when the package is delivered?

Small parcels sent through USPS will be delivered to the mailbox. If no one is home when a large box is delivered by FedEx or UPS, it will be left at the door. You are not required to sign.

Can I have it delivered to a different address after I have placed my order?

You certainly can. You can opt to have your order invoiced to one address and delivered to another during the checkout process.

Address Modification

If we get an erroneous mailing address, we will reassign the product to the right address. This will cause a delay. Please take precautions to avoid this by entering the accurate and complete address in the shipment details area during checkout.

We are not liable for items that are delayed or not delivered as a result of erroneous addresses, acts of God (such as weather), FedEx, UPS, or USPS mistakes, or other situations beyond our control.



Return Policy
If your item is damaged in transportation, please contact us within 3 business days so that we can send a replacement and submit a claim.
Please contact us within 3 business days if an item is faulty so that we may provide a replacement.

All non-defective goods must be returned within 10 days after purchase and must be unused and in the original packaging.

Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer for goods returned for reasons other than damage or defect.

For goods sent on our client’s shipping account, the customer must submit a claim for items damaged in transit. Items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

If your return is more than 10 days old, we will accept it at our discretion. If a return is authorized after 10 days, the client will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Restocking Fee:
There is a restocking fee of 10% on all items returned.

Exceptions to Returns

Items sold to a third party are not returnable.

If the urn or jewelry has been filled with ashes, it cannot be returned.

Items that have been inscribed, worn, used, or altered cannot be returned or replaced.

Clearance or incorrectly chosen goods cannot be returned.

For product refunds, we retain the right to send faulty or erroneous goods back to you at our discretion.

Keep any faulty or incorrect goods for at least 15 days.

There will be no reimbursement if we do not get the returned goods.

Return Shipping Costs

All returns that are not faulty or damaged will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

The restocking fee will be taken out of your refund.

The original shipping cost is not refunded.
